"Baterii" terminate.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;font-size:100%;" &gt;Nu cred ca este cineva dintre noi cate sa nu fii simtit cel putin odata pe pielea lui ce inseamna sa ti se gate "bateriile".Aceasta expresie se refera la acel temut moment cand organismul ramane fara energie/apa din cauza ca nu v-ati calculat suficient hrana si apa.Acest factor poate face din ultimii 20km spre casa,o tortura.Pedaland se consuma multe calorii asa ca un Snickers nu va va fii suficient pentru o tura de o zi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.Insolatia/arsurile solare.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;O tura de o zi este un mod excelent de a te bronza,dar este si un mod prin care te supraexpui la soare.Nu veti regreta niciodata ca v-ati pus crema solara,dar totdeuna veti regreta daca faceti insolatie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Mersul pe noapte fara lumini&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Daca zici ca "n-am bani sa-mi cumpar far si stop" gandeste-te la toate costurile implicate daca te loveste o masina noaptea.Fara lumini,vei fii totdeauna scos vinovat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Stai toata ziua si te uiti la Turul Frantei si la pedalat mergi mai rar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Din pacate daca te uiti la Turul Frantei n-o sa devii mai antrenat.Asa ca ia bicicleta si iesi din casa,daca vrei ca intr-o zi sa ajungi sa concurezi in Turul Frantei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.Obsesia fata de greutatea bicicletei&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; Mai nou s-a implementat o moda cu bicicletele cat mai usoare,piese tuningate,taiate,gaurite etc.Pana la urma la sfarsitul zilei diferenta o va face cel cu antrenament /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    In primul rand trebuie stiut ca oricat de scumpa ar fi o bicicleta,si oricat de performanta nu va functiona daca nu este intretinuta corect si periodic.Mai vad oameni cu biciclete destul de bune,iar lantul si pinioanele sunt ori negre de mizerie,ori ruginite si scartaie.Nici sa le cureti mai mult decat te dai nu e bine.&lt;br /&gt;   Cel mai important este tinerea transmisiei(angrenaj,lant,pinioane) curate.Acestea trebuie curatate dupa fiecare iesire si lantul uns.Cel mai recomandabil pentru uns lantul este sprayul cu teflon.Acest spray este special conceput pentru transmisia bicicletei si nu atrage nisipul.Costa 20 de lei tubul.Varianta ieftina dar eficienta totusi a sprayului cu teflon este uleiul de motor(sau si mai bine,de cutie de viteze) de masina NEARS.Acesta are dezavantajul de a se incarca rapid cu nisip si praf,fapt care duce in timp la erodarea mai rapida a transmisiei.La curatarea transmisiei aveti nevoie doar de o carpa si o tija ascutita care sa incapa in spatiul dintre pinioane.Se sterge bine lantul tinand carpa pe el si pedaland inapoi,la fel si pinioanele tinand tija intre fiecare pinion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;          Daca aveti telescop, acesta trebuie curatat pe bratele care culiseaza cu o carpa simpla inainte de fiecare iesire.La o anumita peioada,specifica fiecarui telescop,trebuie facuta si o revizie  profesionala unde se schimba uleiul si eventual semeringii.&lt;br /&gt;    La spalatul bicicletei cu furtun si apa cu presiune a se evita udarea in exces a capetelor libere a cablurilor,butucilor,cuvetariei.In general nu se recomanda spalarea cu apa sub presiune.O galeata si burete este suficient.&lt;br /&gt;Curatati intotdeauna bicicleta inainte de a o duce intr-un service,din respect pentru mecanici dar si pentru ca reglajele sa fie mai precise.&lt;br /&gt;Prin tinerea curata a bicicletei se pot depista mai usor eventualele defectiuni/fisuri etc.&lt;br /&gt;Nu veti regreta niciodata ca ati curatat bicicleta,dimpotriva va va placea cum arata si va va inspira la mai multe iesiri.&lt;br /&gt;Sfat:PURTATI MEREU CASCA! &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;O casca buna incepe de pe la 100 de lei si ajunge la cateva sute bune de lei.Cele mai importante calitati a unei casti sunt protectia si ventilarea(comfortul).Ambele sunt foarte importante.Cele mai bune casti sunt cele realizate cu tehnologia “In-Mold”.O casca este potrivita atunci cand nu joaca in cap dupa strangere.Castile sunt pe 3 marimi mari,in functie de circumferinta capului,si au si reglaj in spate..&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Nu folositi &lt;?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /&gt;&lt;st1:country-region&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;castile&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:country-region&gt; dupa o cazatura mai serioasa,chiar daca nu se vede decat o indoitura;ele pot fi crepate,si la un al doilea impact sa nu protejeze indeajuns.Nu cumparati casti din second-handuri decat daca v-au fost aprobate de un cunoscator;sunt modele foarte vechi si le cam lipsesc buretii din ele.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Manusi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Unii ar putea contesta importanta manusilor,dar dupa prima cazatura isi revizuiesc parerea.Manusile au 3 roluri mari:sa protejeze la cazaturi palma,sa protejeze palma de bataturi majore care duc la besici si rol de aderenta cand palma este transpirata sau mansoanele sunt de proasta calitate.Oricare dintre cele 3 enumerate,separat sau combinate,duc la un discomfort major sau incheierea zilei de pedalat.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Exista 2 categorii de manusi:scurte si lungi.Cele scurte sun destinate pentru un stil mai lejer de pedalat si pentru vara.Cele lungi ,chiar daca vara transpira mana mai tare,protejeaza mai bine palma la cazaturi.Manusile lungi pot sa aiba diverse insertii de cauciuc pe dosul palmei,acestea fiind destinate unui riding mai extrem.Pentru oras recomandabile sunt cele scurte iar pentru iesiri in afara, cele lungi.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Imbracaminte&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Imbracamintea poate sa varieze in functie de scopul utilizarii bicicletei si binenteles a anotimpului.Am sa fac o clasificare in 2 categorii:cei care pedaleaza doar in oras si cei care ies si la ture prin imprejurimile Clujului sau mai departe.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Pentru cei care pedaleaza in oras prea multe recomandari nu ar fi de facut.Hainele ar trebui sa fie cat mai comode;pentru deplasari in oras nu este necesar de pantaloni de ciclism cu bazon(burete).Nu ar strica sa fie la indemana mereu o pelerina de ploaie(tip poncho) pentru eventualele rafale bruste de ploaie.Pentru biciclistii urbani este neaparata nevoie si de aripi pentru roti(aparatori de ploaie),care sunt descrise la categoria "accesorii" a siteului.Si iarna se poate merge linistit in oras,atata timp cat nu a nins si este uscat.Multi au impresia ca pe bicicleta iti este mai frig decat daca mergi pe jos:Fals!Daca de cum ai iesit din casa ai de coborat un deal atunci iti este putin frig ,dar cum dai de plat si pedalezi va fii bine.Deci iarna nu ar trebui mai mult decat 1-2 polare si o geaca.ATENTIE insa la pojghita de polei care este in fiecare dimineata de iarna si care aluneca foarte tare.Treaba cu imbracamintea in oras vine cu experienta si difera foarte mult de la o persoana la alta.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Daca pentru cei care se plimba doar prin oras nu necesita echipament special,bikerii care ies si la ture mai lungi in afara orasului au nevoie de echipament de ciclism si de munte.In orice anotimp trebuie purtati pantalonii(scurti,lungi,3/4) de ciclism cu bazon(acel burete dintre picioare).Sunt indispensabili pentru un comfost sporit.Acesti pantaloni se poarta FARA chiloti,altfel vor fii foarte incomfortabili.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Se recomanda tricourile sau bluzele din fibre sintetice ,intr-u cat acestea nu retin transpiratia,si se usuca repede.Chiar daca este vara se recomanda pe langa o pelerina a se avea in rucksac si o geaca de munte subtire,pentru ca la munte din vara brusc se poate face toamna.Toamna si primavara trebuie avute si o pereche de manusi lungi,o caciula si o bluza in plus.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Incaltaminte&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Incaltamintea pentru bicicleta poate fi un simplu adidas,de preferat cu talpa dreapta,si cat mai rigida,sau poate fi incaltamintea speciala pentru ciclism care are atasate de talpa placute metalice care se prind de pedale(numite pedale automate).Pentru oras nu este necesar de pedale automate,pentru ca se presupune ca nu se sare prea mult si nici nu se coboara off-road.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Incaltamintea de ciclism(pentru pedale automate) isi arata valoarea la deplasari lungi pe sosea sau la ture off-road.Ele ofera o ergonomie a pedalatului mult mai mare decat incaltamintea obisnuita.Pe langa acestea piciorul nu sare de pe pedale la socuri.Acest tip de incaltaminte poate varia ca si pret foarte mult de pe la 150 de lei pana la multe sute de lei,asta neicluzand pedalele.Cel mai bine ar fi ca la inceput pana invatati tehnicile sa invatati pe pedale normale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Ochelari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;La fel ca si manusile unii zic ca nu au nevoie.Ochelarii se poarta din mai multe motive.Cel mai important ar fi prevenirea intrarii in ochi a diverselor insecte sau a prafului/noroiului.Apoi ar mai fi si rolul de protectie solara.O pereche de ochelari buni sunt aceia care dupa o zi intreaga de purtat nu va va durea capul sau ochii.Pretul unei perechi de ochelari buni este destul de mare(incepand de la 150 de lei in sus) dar merita pentru ca un ochelar de proasta calitate(ex:din piata cu 20 de lei) poate afecta vederea.Cei mai convenabili sunt cei cu lentile interschimbabile&lt;/span&gt;.Acestia pot si purtati atat la soare puternic cat si seara in padure, cu lentila cea mai deschisa.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Rucksac&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Foarte multe modele si designuri.Ce sa alegi?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Unii dintre cei mai buni rucksaci mici(pana in 40 de litrii) pentru bicicleta ce se gasesc la noi pe piata sunt cei de la Deuter(fara sa fac reclama).deuter este specializat in rucksaci si-i face "ca la carte".Un rucksac de ciclism de la Deuter incepe pe la 200-250 de lei.Cei mai buni din cati am testat sunt cei cu spatele din plasa(valabil si pentru alti producatori),acestia oferind o ventilatie foarte buna si se muleaza dupa spate.Un rucksacel de 30 de litri ar trebui sa ajunga pentru o tura de o zi intreaga.Pentru ture de 2 sau mai multe zile voi scrie separat la echipament pentru ture lungi.Alti producatori buni de rucksaci ar fi:Vaude,Mammut,Camelbak,Salewa,cateva modele Atta,Solitaire etc.Chiar daca rucksacul nu este unul special pentru ciclism,trebuie sa fie macar un rucksac cu design munte,nu rucksaci pentru oras/scoala.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(255,0,0);font-size:180%;" &gt;Accesorii&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Lumini&lt;/span&gt;:Orice biciclist responsabil trebuie,si este obligat sa aiba in dotare un sistem de iluminare bun.Acesta consta dintr-un stop rosu cu baterii montat in spate(de obicei pe tija de sa) si un far montat pe ghidon.Un set de far si stop de calitate costa in jur de 60 de lei(25 stopul,35 far).De la un far simplu pentru oras nu trebuie sa va asteptati sa va fie de mare folos daca va prinde noaptea pe off-road.Acesta va fii bun doar pentru sosea.Un far puternic care sa aiba bataie destula si in afara soselelor costa de la 100 de lei in sus.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Chilometraje&lt;/span&gt;:aici nu am ce recomandari sa fac decat sa se incerce pe cat posibil sa se cumpere kilometraje de calitate.Sunt multe modele cu multe optiuni.Un pret minim pt un chilometraj bun ar fi 40 de lei&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Bidoane si Camelback&lt;/span&gt;:Cea mai buna varianta pentru hidratare in timpul efortului este de a bea putin si des.Nici intr-un caz nu este bine sa se amane bautul apei,si la o pauza sa se bea cantitati mari.De asemenea apa nu trebuie sa fie foarte rece.Pentru cei care-si permit,se poate opra pentru un camelback,adica un rezervor cu un furtun care se pune intr-un buzunar special din rucksac ,iar furtunul va fii mereu accesibil,aproape de gura.Un rezervor camelback costa cam 80 de lei,in functie de litraj.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;BRICEAG&lt;/span&gt;:Este din categoria accesorii,dar o putem include si la echipament pentru cei care ies in afara orasului.Briceagul te poate scoate din multe necazuri si in extremis iti poate salva si viata.Cele mai bune bricege sunt cele elvetiene gen Victorinox sau Wenger.Victorinox este mult mai ieftin decat Wenger si sunt de o calitate ireprosabila.Un briceag nu este scump(de la 40 de lei in sus) si isi dovedeste utilitatea atat la ture scurte cat si lungi.Bricege cu crucea elvetiana sunt si in piata "la rusi" dar acelea sunt copii de cea mai proasta calitate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Cele scrise mai sus sunt un minim necesar de echipament,recomandat de cei cu experienta pentru cei cu mai putina experienta.Nu cunosc o persoana care sa-si fi cumparat tot echipamentul odata,dar asa pe rand se poate.Pana la urma fiecare face ce vrea cu sanatatea lui,si dupa cum bine stim "omul din greseli invata"...dar se poate invata si din greselile altora,si voi sa nu mai repetati.Succes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div type='text'>Alegerea bicicletei potrivite</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;div&gt;Doriti sa incepeti cu acest sport,sau aveti o bicicleta de agrement pe care s-o folositi pentru deplasarea la faculta(in oras) sau sa iesiti in ture mai scurte sau mai lungi.Cautarea incepe ca magazinele de specialitate unde veti primi cele mai bune sfaturi cu privire la alegerea bicicletei.&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;In primul rand trebuie sa stiti la ce anume vreti sa folositi bicicleta si unde....&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;in prezent este o moda cu "montenbaicurile".biciclete care te orbesc cu frumusetea lor,cu "cauciucuri groase si multe viteze","cu suspensii pe fata si pe spate",biciclete "cu care poti taia si copacii".Asa gandeste cineva care nu are nici o idee despre acest sport.E plin orasul de oameni care merg la servici cu biciclete FULLSUSPENSION de tip "gunoi de 300lei",adica de fapt ce se ofera in majoritate amagazinelor din tara,biciclete ieftine pentru omul sarac care il fac si mai sarac.De la sudurile "pe langa" si pana la vestitele schimbatoare SIS si cercurile de tabla,aceste biciclete nu fac altceva decat sa va puna viata in pericol.Este foarte greu de inteles ca la mersul prin oras si pe sosea nu este nevoie de suspensie spate,nici macar de cea din fata.Si nici in teren accidentat aceste bikeuri(desi nu isi merita denumirea de bikeuri) ieftine nu functioneaza si nu vor functiona niciodata.&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;Un bike functionabil incepe de la suma de 700lei,de aici calitatea creste odata cu pretul,dar sa nu va asteptati in aceasta categorie la suspensii performante sau componente care sa va tina o viata.Cu acesti bani va puteti lua un bike de oras sau un bike de "ture usoare", pe care sa nu-l folositi la granita performantelor.&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;Un bike mai rezonabil,care sa suporte si "ture grele" si chestii mai competitive incepe deja de la 1800lei in sus....maximmul nu are rost sa-l zic(7-8000euro).&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;La alegerea bikeului contribuie mai multi factori cum ar fii:&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;div&gt;-cel mai important e:la ce o sa-l folosesc?daca se vrea numai bicicleta de oras atunci se scapa ieftin pentru ca nu trebuie pus neaparat un telescop(care costa 25% din pretul bikeului)Daca,in schimb,se vor ture montane atunci trebuie neaparat un telescop,pt ca nu e tot una ca in decurs de cateva zile sa simti toate shocurile in maini sau sa absoarba telescopul o parte din ele.In general,la un bike de tura,trebuie sa aveti componentele "care se misca"(schimbatoare,roti,lant,pinioane) cat mai bune...altfel riscati sa ramaneti in varfu Pietrei Cetii si sa treiasca sa carati bitza in spate.Sunt convins ca nimeni nu vrea chestii extreme cu bitza,asa ca sfaturi pe tema asta voi da in particular.&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;-dupa ce am ales modelul de bike trebuie sa alegem marimea.Este FOARTE importanta alegerea marimii corecte a cadrului.Despre marimea corecta puteti fi indrumati la magazinele de specialitate.&lt;br /&gt;In ture incepatorii NU isi testeaza limitele lor sau ale bicicletei;asta putandu-se face in zona Fagetului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Biciclete second-hand&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Exista in Cluj cateva magazine de biciclete second-hand care au marfa buna si cateodata foarte buna.Marfa se aduce de obicei in sezon,deci spre iarna nu mai gasiti cine stie ce.Preturile unei biciclete second-hand variaza de la 250 la 6-700 de lei si de multe ori poti avea norocul sa cumperi o bicicleta mult mai buna decat una noua.Dar asta presupune sa fie vazuta si de cineva care se pricepe.&lt;br /&gt;Daca nu va puteti intinde mai mult de 3-400 de lei atunci cea mai buna optiune este cumpararea unei biciclete second,si nicidecum a uneia noi de la first-bike sau DHS.Daca dispuneti de sume mai mari se poate incerca gasirea unei biciclete second cu un pret ceva mai mare si o echipare foarte buna,dar aceste biciclete sunt mai rare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' general dar si o baza de date cu numere de inmatriculare a unor masini care fie au incercat sa intimideze un biciclist in trafic,fie l-au accidentat si au fugit de la locul faptei,fie pur si simplu sfideaza orice lege de bun simt.&lt;br /&gt;     De asemenea veti gasi si informatii utile despre magazine de biciclete(noi si second), trasee de pe langa Cluj,ghid pentru achizitionarea bicicletei si
